Martha Stewart, in a giant golden hat, focused her camera on society queen Blaine Trump in a bonnet covered in butterflies, Karen LeFrak's pink chapeau and "Inside Edition" host Deborah Norville, who was recycling the white feathered fascinator she wore to cover the royal wedding. The ladies were at Wednesday's Central Park Conservancy luncheon, which featured a thousand women in hats that ranged from chic to outrageous. One brave guest even wore a silver look-alike of Princess Beatrice's outrageous royal wedding hat -- dubbed at the time by one London commentator as a "giant IUD on one's head." Helping raise more than $3 million to keep the park green were Grace Hightower De Niro, Glenda Bailey, Sharon Bush, Julia Koch, Lizzie Tisch and Evelyn Lauder, who sent everyone home with a bottle of perfume.
