In her new reality show "Joan Knows Best," Joan Rivers is moving to Los Angeles and she'll be staying with her daughter, Melissa Rivers, until she finds something befitting a queen of comedy.
Along the way WE TV's cameras capture the two women at odds quite a bit. Melissa is a little bit suburb, Joan is a little rock and roll. There are many things the two disagree about from Melissa's live-in boyfriend, her blonde bombshell nanny and how to raise Melissa's son, Cooper. One topic that they don't see eye-to-eye on is plastic surgery - more specifically Joan's plastic surgery and her desire for more.
And when it comes to that topic, Joan doesn't have any reservations. When we met up with the two at the Television Critics Association press tour, we asked Joan if there was anything she regretted having done.
"Plastic surgery is not about what you look like," Joan tells Zap2it. "It's about what you think you look like. So, I am so in favor of plastic surgery. There is nothing that I have done that I'm sorry I did."
Joan emphasizes that in Hollywood, youth and one's looks are at a premium saying, "Which Kardashian are we looking at? We have three sisters and we all go, 'Kim!'"
While she doesn't want her mother to have any more procedures done, Melissa wanted to make it clear that she's not against plastic surgery.
"Life is hard enough," Melissa tells us. "If it makes you feel better for five minutes, the reflection you're seeing back from the mirror, go for it. I don't condemn it at all. I do think, however, people do take it to an extent where you become dependent on it. And that's just my opinion."
Hm, and which people are you talking about Melissa?

But the reflection in the mirror in not a fake one?
That's right Jazzie Casas, and this rule is for any type of surgery or treatment, but complications can be avoided by choosing a good clinic with qualified doctors and physicians. Asking the right questions can help you decide if a clinic is good for you or not but also to know which are the risks of your procedure.
