As part of a celebrity couple, Kendra Wilkinson has some experience battling the rumor mill.
But in the face of the most recent round of tabloid reports that she's splitting from her football-playing husband Hank Baskett, Wilkinson seems to be giving up the fight.
Asked on the nationally syndicated radio morning show Johnjay and Rich Friday about claims that she and Baskett, 28, are heading for divorce, she replied, "I don't think me clearing this up is going to make it [into the news] because they don't care. People are going to say what they want."
The star of E!'s Kendra adds, however, that she sometimes can't resist other means of ridding the world of false accusations.
"I actually go through the airport and pull all the magazines off the shelf and buy them, because I support myself," Wilkinson, 25, said.
The couple made a lovey-dovey appearance on Wednesday at the Comcast Entertainment Group's TCA reception in Pasadena, Calif. On her blog Thursday, Wilkinson posted a photo of her and Baskett smooching at the event and wrote, "I love date nights with my baby!!!!!"
