Veteran actor Donald Sutherland was involved in a car crash in California on Thursday when his vehicle collided with a cyclist.
The Dirty Dozen star, 75, was driving through Santa Monica in his sports utility vehicle when the accident occurred and paramedics were called to the scene to treat the unnamed female bike rider.
Photographs show the actor waiting by his car as medics look after the woman, who sustained an arm injury, according to TMZ.com.
It was unclear what caused the crash as WENN went to press.
